Re-tell the Sadako story based on the storyboard pictures you have drawn. Hiroshima Bombing She was born on the  7  january 1943                                            She lit 6 lanterns Her mum made her a kimono Her goal was to make 1000 paper cranes When she hit 1000 paper crains she believed that you get one wish She made all together 644 papper cranes Her friends finished making the rest of the paper cranes because sadako died When she died all 1000 of the paper cranes were beried with her in her crave Kenji died because of he also had leukemia Kenji died before  sadako sasaki Her mum was alive when the hiroshima bombing happened She though it spiders were a good thing Her full name is sadako sasaki She was Born 9 years after the bombing Her mum was alive when the hiroshima bombing happened Becuase of the mutaion sadako had leukemia The leukemia was in her mothers genes When ever she ran she would get dizzy She though it spiders were a good thing

Explain what you learnt by reading this book? Sadako was a family lover Meaning she loved her family.

What did you enjoy most about the Sadako Reading Sessions? That she had a goal and she was loyal to that goal.

What would you like to do differently when we read another  book as a whole class? Everyone focused and to have some questions at the end about the chapter we just read.
